Family registration discount:  $25 off for 3 or more players; maximum fee of $250 per family.  Discounts do not apply to jerseys or additional coaching fees for Division 3 players.

2.                  Scholarships

 

The PRSC provides scholarships on a case-by-case basis.  All requests are confidential and must be made in writing to the PRSC President.

 

3.                  Registration Dates

 

Fall 2010 registration will be held at Pine Community Center on Saturday, May 22 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Wednesday, June 2 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.  On-site registration is preferred.  To register by mail, complete the registration form and forward it to the address listed on the form.  Mail in registrations must be post-marked by July 3, 2010 to guarantee team placement.  Late registrations will be assessed a $20 late fee, wait-listed and processed if space is available.  Registration forms will be accepted for the wait list through the post-mark date of July 31, 2010.

 

Spring 2011 registration dates will be posted in November 2010.

 

To assure registration goes smoothly for you, please note the following:

 

Preprinted registration forms will be available on-site for players from the Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 seasons.  Please use these forms and make any appropriate changes on them.  Be sure to check the accuracy of your contact information including email address.

 

All players U11 and UP must:

  1. Register in person.  The player's signature is needed on the player pass.

  2. Bring a copy of his/her state issued birth certificate, passport or current driver's license.

  3. Bring a current wallet size photo for his/her player pass.

Payment is due at the time of registration.  Please make checks payable to Pine-Richland Soccer Club.

 

Incomplete registration packages will not be processed.  All items must be received, including player signatures for new or renewal player passes, before the registration package will be processed.

 

NOTE:  Player passes must be renewed every two years.  Renewals require a new signature and photo only.  (The birth certificate is only needed for the first season in U11 & UP).

 

We discourage mail-in registration.  However, if necessary, forms can be downloaded from this website.

 

4.                  Practice and Game Schedules

 

Teams will practice once (U6) or twice (U7/8 and UP) a week.

 

In-House (U6-U10) games are played on Saturdays; recreational and competitive travel (U10-U19) games are played on Sundays.

 

5.                  Refund Policy

 

Refund requests for registered players must be made by the end of the regular registration period in order to receive a full refund.  Partial refunds of 50% will be issued for refund requests received during the wait list period.  All refunds will be assessed a $10 processing fee.  Requests for refunds will not be accepted after the wait list period.  In addition, there will be no refunds issued for purchased uniforms not used or for late fees.  All refund requests will be acknowledged upon receipt and processed after the practice season begins.
